Delete your BLNC account

Deleting your BLNC cloud account removes, from our server: your account and email address, all your backups, and every signed-in phone. It cannot be undone.

From the app (recommended)

1. Open BLNC and go to You → Cloud backup.
2. Tap Delete my cloud account and enter your password.

Deleting from the app also removes your reviews, your pending place suggestions, your name from published places, and your challenge memberships made from that phone.

From this page, without the app

Enter the email and password of your BLNC account. Your password is checked on this page, in your browser, the same way the app does it; it is never sent to us.

Reviews and suggestions are linked to the phone they were made on, not to the account, so this page cannot find them. To remove them too, delete from the app, or email us the place names.

Forgot your password and your recovery code?

Write to support@blnclife.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Because your backup is encrypted, we cannot recover its contents for you.

Data on your phone

Your plans, money and habits are stored on your phone. To remove them, delete the BLNC app, or clear its data in your phone's settings.
