Community Rules
BLNC's places, reviews and challenges work because people share honestly. These rules apply to everything you post. You accept them before your first post.
Do
- Share what you know first-hand. Suggest places you have been to, and review what you experienced.
- Be useful. Prices, opening hours, what to order, the best time to go, what to bring.
- Be kind, even in a bad review. Describe the experience, not the people.
- Respect privacy. Ask before a person's face is in your photo. Never post someone's phone number, address or private details.
Don't
- Post fake, copied or paid reviews, or review your own business without saying so.
- Advertise, spam, or post links that are not about the place.
- Post hate, threats, harassment, or content about religion, origin, gender or any group that insults or excludes.
- Post sexual, violent or shocking content.
- Post anything illegal, or anything that encourages unsafe behaviour.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use a display name that insults others.
What we do
- We read before it appears. Suggested places, written reviews and photos are checked by the BLNC team before anyone sees them. Star ratings count straight away.
- You can report anything. Tap ⋯ → Report on a review, a place, a challenge or a person. You can also hide everything from one person on your phone.
- Reported content may be hidden once several people report it, until we review it.
- We remove what breaks these rules. Repeated or serious breaks lead to losing access to posting.
