How do I install BLNC on Android?
Open blnclife.com/app in Chrome, tap the menu (three dots), then "Install app". BLNC will also be on Google Play soon.
How do I install BLNC on iPhone?
Open blnclife.com/app in Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen". Open BLNC from its icon so reminders can reach you.
Is BLNC free?
Yes. BLNC is free. Some places in Explore may show partner offers, always marked as such.
Where is my data?
On your phone. Nothing about your money, habits or plans reaches us unless you turn on cloud backup, and the backup is encrypted with your password before it leaves the phone.
How do I back up and restore?
In You, open Cloud backup and create an account with your email and a password. BLNC then backs up by itself. On a new phone, tap "I have a backup — restore it" on the first screen and sign in.
I forgot my password
Use the recovery code you saved when you created the account: Sign in, then "Forgot password", then enter the code and a new password. Without the password or the code, the backup cannot be opened, by anyone.
My reminders do not arrive
Install BLNC on your home screen first, then allow notifications in You, Notifications and sound. On iPhone, reminders only arrive when BLNC was opened from its home-screen icon. Some Android phones stop apps in the background: allow BLNC in battery settings.
I used BLNC at the old address
Open the old address once: BLNC offers to move your data here in one tap. Your account and backup work on both.
How do I change the language?
In You, choose English, Egyptian Arabic or Fusha.
How do I report a review, a place or a person?
Tap ⋯ on it, then Report. You can also hide everything one person posts. See the community rules.
How do I delete my account?
In You, Cloud backup, Delete my cloud account. Or use the delete account page on this site.
